About Our Products

Brixau sells 100% authentic LEGO sets in two conditions:

  • New: Unbuilt, complete sets in original retail packaging
  • Used: Pre-owned sets; condition is clearly described in each product listing

All products are genuine, original LEGO products. We do not sell fakes, replicas, or knock-offs. Brixau is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in USD ($)
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock discrepancies, with a full refund issued

We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Free shipping and free returns on all orders.

Limitation of Liability

Brixau's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
