At Brixau, we want you to shop with confidence. We sell 100% authentic LEGO sets — new and used, all original. We do not sell fakes, replicas, or knock-offs.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. All products are eligible for return. We have no final sale items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order will have entered processing and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

How to Start a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
4. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the courier

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. We charge no restocking fees.

Return Conditions

• New sets: Must include all original packaging and components
• Used sets: Must be returned in the same condition as described at the time of purchase
